St. John’s had a team in the Hike for Hospice!
Sunday, May 7th, 1-5pm in Kentville
in support of Valley Hospice & Palliative Care

This initiative raised over $25000!

Donate to support our team here!

The Valley Hospice Foundation began in response to a community need to offer Valley residents – who for any reason are unable to die at home – and their loved ones a welcoming, quiet and comfortable alternative to hospital-based palliative care.  The Foundation supports hospice and palliative care in all care settings.  Find out more at: valleyhospice.ca
